Founder

Daniel Shakhani is a British-born social entrepreneur, financier, and philanthropist.

Daniel is the co-founder of Salary Finance, the largest financial wellness company in the world, supporting over 22 million employees globally, including at Fortune 500 companies. His leadership in financial inclusion has been recognised through his work at Goldman Sachs, his studies at Harvard Business School and his co-founding of the Global Financial Literacy Campaign.

Daniel believes that financial and economic empowerment fosters peace and stability, reducing the conditions that lead to conflict and terrorism. His experience working closely with global influencers, including the Musk family; Milken; and Ryan Kavanaugh, further reinforces his ability to drive high-impact change at the intersection of business, social good and financial inclusion.
