She has worked with Ujjivan Financial Services and served as Director for Swayam Krishi Sangam (SKS). Her expertise extends to consulting for CGAP, the Mastercard Foundation, and the World Bank on microfinance in South Asia.

Her interests include supply chain management, distribution channels, social enterprises, impact investments, scaling pilots, energy, healthcare, microfinance, women’s empowerment, and optimizing efficiency. She is passionate about supporting fellow entrepreneurs.
