Ana Martiningui joined JA Worldwide as VP of Global Development in April 2024, where she oversees major global partnerships for financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Up until March 2024, she served as CEO of Education For Employment-Europe, dedicated to youth and women’s empowerment across MENA, Europe, and various developing countries. Having started her career in the private sector, since late 2004 she has worked at or advised various non-profits, including think tanks, action tanks, parallel diplomacy institutes and development aid evaluation organizations. She holds an MA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, an MA in International Relations and Communications from the University Complutense of Madrid, and a Certification in Driving Non-Profit Performance and Innovation from Harvard Business School.
