As the author of Common Good Capitalism (2024), he introduces the ‘Co-owned’ economic model, which encourages businesses to issue shares to customers as loyalty rewards, fostering stronger relationships and enabling wealth-building. He is also the founder of Salary Finance, a global FinTech company that provides financial health benefits to 17 million employees across the UK and US, partnering with major employers and raising over £100 million in equity.

In addition, Asesh serves as Chair of MyBnk, the UK’s largest financial education charity, delivering financial education to young people. He also advises the Money and Pensions Service, a UK government body dedicated to supporting financial well-being. Previously, he co-founded Work Report, the UK's first digital employment verification service, which was successfully acquired by Experian.
