Fiona Macaulay is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning WILD Network (Women for Impactful Leadership in Development), a global community of 25,000 members. Through WILD, she is dedicated to empowering purpose-driven individuals to step confidently into their leadership potential. Fiona has a particular passion for youth-serving organizations and ensuring that the next generation of leaders will thrive in the AI-enabled environment of the future workplace. In addition to her work with WILD, Fiona teaches at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. In this role, she mentors and prepares the next generation of social innovators and leaders, equipping them with the tools to transform industries and address global challenges. Prior to this role, Fiona founded and led Making Cents International for 20 years, growing it into a successful enterprise before its acquisition. Recognized as one of the top 1% of women entrepreneurs in the United States, she remains passionate about fostering innovation, inclusion, and leadership excellence.
